For all appointments, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking which will be applied to your total cost of the appointment at the time of which it takes place. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE/NONTRANSFERABLE. Brow Magic Cosmetic Tattooing requires at least 72 hours notice of an appointment reschedule via phone call or text (617-334-5085), the appointment may be rescheduled for any time within three months of the original appointment. Any late cancellations or no call/no show appointments will result in your deposit being forfeited and another deposit will be required to book an appointment. If you are running behind, please let us know ASAP so we can plan accordingly. We allow a 15 minute grace period for all appointments, if you arrive past that window, you will be considered a no show for the appointment and the cancellation fee will be charged.
